Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.
Returns

How long will it take for me to get my money back?

After the goods have been received and checked by our returns department, you will receive an email from JACK WOLFSKIN confirming that we have received your returned goods. We will then refund the value of your returns without delay. The method of reimbursement will be the same as the method of payment you selected for your order.

We reserve the right to reject returned products that do not meet our requirements for return.
